Aging Services Collaborative
As part of our Healthy Aging initiative, The Health Trust convenes and supports the Aging Services Collaborative, a public-private partnership of over 50 organizations dedicated to improving and coordinating services for seniors in Santa Clara County.  The collaborative includes (1) an Action Team comprised of service providers and advocates who are designing and implementing recommendations to enhance services and (2) a Policy Team comprised of elected officials and agency leaders who are identifying strategies for funding and policy development to support the Action Team's recommendations.  To find out more or get involved, contact Teddy Daligga at teddyd@healthtrust.org.

Healthy Silicon Valley
As part of our Healthy Living initiative, The Health Trust provides leadership and coordination of the Healthy Silicon Valley community collaborative on obesity prevention. Healthy Silicon Valley is a network committed to supporting an environment in which everyone has access to the education and resources that promote healthy living. It brings organizations together in a collaborative setting to accomplish goals and challenges bigger than what one organization could take on alone.

The Collaborative is made up of over 100 organizations and over 150 individuals in Silicon Valley.

Within the Collaborative there are eight different sectors. The Collaborative sectors are meant to work in an interconnected fashion to link efforts and create efficiencies and synergy.  To find out more or get involved, contact hsv@healthtrust.org.
