The Health Trust and Dining Out For Life invite you to make a difference in our community.

On Thursday April 26, 2012, volunteers across the country will contribute to the fight against AIDS. Last year, Silicon Valley’s inaugural event raised $30,000 for AIDS Services.

Sign up to become an Ambassador for Dining Out For Life, Silicon Valley and support The Health Trust AIDS services in our community. Your limited time engagement adds immeasurable value!

Volunteer Opportunities:
Organizations and individuals can be event ambassadors.
Individual ambassadors may work alone or in teams of two.

Restaurant Ambassadors

• Invite friends, family and colleagues to dine out on Thursday, April 28, 2011
• Adopt a restaurant for the night, greet guests and share information about The Health Trust AIDS services
• Encourage additional support during the event

Corporate/Community Ambassadors

• Publicize the event
• Engage employees, colleagues and members to participate
• Become a sponsor

Outreach Ambassadors - Spread the word!

• Publicize the event to individuals, community groups and online social networks
• Help with restaurant recruitment
• Distribute posters and flyers
