The Health Trust was established in 1996 to manage, in perpetuity, the proceeds from the sale of four nonprofit hospitals and to distribute assets to improve the health and wellness of the community. Since that time, we have more than doubled our assets value from $54 million to approximately $135 million, and have returned back to the community over $100 million of community benefit through our grant making and program services.
